Computes a scalar variable defined as the component of the skin-friction coefficient tangent or parallel to the wall in either the steam-wise or cross-flow direction
- Args:
- source_parts:
Any boundary part(s) or a boundary part number.
- velocity:
A velocity variable.
- viscosity:
A viscosity variable or a value.
- free_density:
A constant ‘freestream density’ variable or a constant value(>0.).
- free_velocity_mag:
A constant ‘freestream velocity magnitude’ variable or a constant value(>0.).
- ymax:
A ymax profiling distance (>0), (enter 0 for convergence alg.).
- tangent_flow_comp:
Enter tangent flow component 1=Streamwise or 2=Crosswise to surface.
- opt_for_a_gradient_of_velo_mag:
The gradient of the input velocity vector magnitude, or -1 to approximate it.
- output_varname:
The name of the newly created variable
- Returns:
New ENS_VAR instance or None
- Note:
See BL_CfWallCmp() for function details.
