part.elt_representation(p0: str) → int#

Specifies the type of element representation used for the currently selected part(s).

Args:
p0:

‘type’

  • can have any of the following values:

  • 3D_border_2D_full

  • border

  • feature angle

  • full

  • not_loaded

  • bounding_box

  • 3D_feature_2D_full

  • 3D_notloaded_2D_full

Examples:
ensight.part.select_begin(1)
ensight.part.modify_begin()
ensight.part.elt_representation("full")
ensight.part.modify_end()
Returns:

zero on success, non-zero on error
